Terms and Conditions

1. Ordering Process

Blank Samples: May be purchased directly through our website via the standard checkout process.

Custom & Branded Items: To initiate an order for custom merchandise, please submit a quote request via the form located on the specific product page. Our team will review your requirements and generate a digital proof.

Approval & Payment: Once your proof is ready, we will provide a secure link where you can approve the artwork and pay for your order. After the order is placed, you may return to this link at any time to check the order status and access tracking numbers once the shipment is processed.

2. Payments & Terms

All orders are prepaid unless credit terms have been established with us in advance.

3. Proofs & Pre-Production Samples

Before production, all custom-printed orders require customer proof approval. Please review all details (spelling, placement, color) carefully.

High-Value Orders: For any order exceeding $2,000.00, we will provide a pre-production sample which will be shipped to you for physical approval before the bulk production run begins.

Liability Waiver: If a pre-production sample is waived due to tight turnaround times or customer preference, Impact Promos and Romo Creations LLC are not responsible for any returns or disputes regarding the production quality, material, or print accuracy.

4. Distributor Status & Liability

Impact Promos acts as a distributor and utilizes a network of third-party suppliers. While we work only with reputable factories, we cannot be held responsible for errors or delays caused by the supplier. We will advocate on your behalf to reach a resolution, but the final remedy is at the discretion of the supplier.

5. Production Visuals & Documentation

At Impact Promos, we understand the value of visual updates during the manufacturing process. While we are happy to relay explicit requests for production photos or images of shipping labels to our factories, these services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

The manufacturing environment moves rapidly to ensure strict adherence to shipping deadlines. Particularly in the case of rush orders, factories may prioritize immediate dispatch over documentation, and this step may be bypassed to prevent delivery delays. Impact Promos is not liable for missing visual documentation once an order has entered the production queue.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect it. Report any damages or discrepancies to customer service within 10 business days of receipt. Claims made beyond this period will not be reviewed.

Blank Orders: Blank merchandise may be returned during this 10-day period for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Once the return is received at our facility, please allow 10 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your refund.

Custom Orders: Customized items that are accurately printed according to the approved proof are not eligible for return. Cancellations are only permitted prior to proof approval.

Return Shipping: All authorized returns must be shipped to our headquarters at the address below. The customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipment.

7. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

All sales of PPE items (including masks, shields, gloves, and gowns) are final. Due to health and safety regulations, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

8. Overruns/Underruns

Industry standards allow for a 5%-10% variance in the final quantity of customized items. Customers will be billed only for the quantity actually shipped.

9. Shipping & Sales Tax

Shipping charges are billed at the carrier's published rates with no additional handling fees. Impact Promos collects applicable sales tax for products shipped within Arizona as required by law.
