At impactpromos.com, we print logos and custom designs on products for giveaways, employee gifts, events, and marketing campaigns. Most of what we sell is made specifically for your brand β which means special return rules apply.
β Returns Accepted On:
- π¦ Blank (non-printed) items only
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number, receipt, or invoice)
- Customer pays return shipping
- No restocking fees
- Blank items are sold for sampling purposes only
π« No Returns On:
- π¨οΈ Customized / Printed products
- We cannot accept returns unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- The final product does not match your approved proof
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery
π¦ Orders Over $2,000
We require a preproduction sample to be produced and shipped to you, for approval prior to produce the bulk order.
π If you choose to waive this step to save time, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any mixups or changes.
π‘ Please make sure you allow enough time in your schedule to review preproduction samples!

- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Refunds apply only to approved blank item returns or defective custom products
