We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. We believe in hassle-free returns and do not charge any restocking fees.
Conditions for Returns:
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
Exclusions: Some items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Exchanges: No exchanges are allowed at this time.
Personalized Items: As most of our products are customized with your logo or design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or design-related issues unless there is a manufacturing error or a discrepancy with the approved proof.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@impactpromos.com to report any discrepancies or errors with your order. Please reach out to us before sending the merchandise back.
- If a return or exchange is authorized, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return item(s) back to us.
Proof Approval and Refund: A full refund will be issued upon approval of the proof. Please ensure to reach out to us first before sending the merchandise back.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns authorized due to discrepancies or errors with your order.
Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify the issue, we will promptly process a refund within 2 business days.
