At impactpromos.com, we print logos and custom designs on products for giveaways, employee gifts, events, and marketing campaigns. Most of what we sell is made specifically for your brand — which means special return rules apply.
✅ Returns Accepted On:
- 📦 Blank (non-printed) items only
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number, receipt, or invoice)
- Customer pays return shipping
- No restocking fees
- Blank items are sold for sampling purposes only
🚫 No Returns On:
- 🖨️ Customized / Printed products
- We cannot accept returns unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- The final product does not match your approved proof
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery
📦 Orders Over $2,000
We require a preproduction sample to be produced and shipped to you, for approval prior to produce the bulk order.
🔁 If you choose to waive this step to save time, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any mixups or changes.
💡 Please make sure you allow enough time in your schedule to review preproduction samples!

💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Refunds apply only to approved blank item returns or defective custom products
